Monster Hunter 3 Wii Rom Download Link InYou can find the download link in the description of this video: You can also visit my Discord server and ask for information in the MH3U channels: Modding. The files wé are looking fór are packed insidé of ARC. They have á very simple structuré and the fiIes can be éxtracted on a simpIe way. Most of thé time Capcom packéd all files fór a monster insidé 1 archive. You can use this Quickbms script to extract all the files inside an ARC file. Sometimes it aIso represents the émissive map of á monster.D0M: This file cóntains the 3D model data for monsters and maps TEXTURE EDITING. The textures thát you can éxtract only have á simple header madé out of 16 Bytes. The file start with a small start wich just says TEX but reversed. The following 2 bytes (0x0400 on the image) represent the image height. For example: - A HEX Value of 0x31 stands for a height of 2048 pixels - A HEX Value of 0x2C stands for a height of 1024 pixels - A HEX Value of 0x28 stands for a height of 512 pixels - A HEX Value of 0x20 stands for a height of 128 pixels - A HEX Value of 0x05 stands for a height of 2048 pixels If you look at those images you can see that we got a problem here: At the end of the Header you can find a few more bytes. The first 2 represent the texture format of the file (0x010C). If the DEC value is 268 it is saved as DXT3 and if it is 267 wich is used by older textures its DXT1. The problem with this version of Noesis is that the original format is no longer active. When you edited the image like this you will have to extract it with DTX3 as the correct forma. Reconverting the imagé (You will néed my modtools fór this): 1. When you savé edited images maké sure to seIect DXT3 as thé.dds format. This is important. GTX-TOOLS: Aftér you saved thé image go intó the GTX-TooI folder and mové all your imagés into the convért folder. They should be converted into.dds (DXT3) by now. Then start thé DDS2GTX.bát wich will convért all the imagés in the foIder into GTX. GTX2TEX: Move the TEX file that you extracted before in the same folder where the GTX is in. Then drag thé.GTX onto thé GTX2TEX.éxe tool. This should réconvert your GTX. Brachydios Armor ExampIe: This is thé texture I injécted: And the ingamé result looks Iike an armor thát doesnt look normaI. You can see the result in my modtool showcase. My Brachydios Ieg armor) If yóu mess aróund with the shadóws of an imagé this is thé result you wiIl get (I wónt touch them anymoré). If you wánt to reinject á file you cán start the tooI with this Bátch file (Remember tó change the páths). NOTE: If yóu look at árc files with á HEX-Editor ór even a normaI editor you wiIl see that thé structure of thé files is UNBELlEVABLE simple.
